ASP Pisa , a financial application services provider, has awarded a $935,000 outsourcing agreement to IBM, to provide management and integration services for its ERP, database and core banking processes. The duration of the deal have not been disclosed. The deal was signed last month

Under the terms of the agreement, IBM will manage all hardware, software and integration for ASP Pisa .

ASP Pisa provides a range of software application services to banks, credit unions and other financial institutions for managing such processes as credit, savings, investments, accounting, anti-money laundering, authority reporting and operations control.

ASP Pisa is a Pisa Group company focused on providing its services to small and medium-sized Mexican financial institutions.
